Things I Wish I Could Teach my Daughter In-Utero

1. Going transverse (sideways) when you are 35 weeks old hurts, and it makes it look like I have a weird inner tube under my skin.

2. Your dad and I would appreciate a head-down position. If you could make sure your face is towards my back, you and I will both have an easier delivery.

3. When you get in this position, please stay there (ref. back to 1).

4. I know it's tough, but resist using your kicking skills under my ribs and forward. This makes me start crying in church, which can be awkward when I am in the middle of a row.

5. You're fully allowed to come at 37 weeks; we wouldn't mind meeting you in December.

6. We love love love you and can't wait to see you!

Sounds like she may be enrolled in some karate training in a few years to use all those kicking skills. We can't wait to meet her too!

Kristin!! CONGRATULATIONS!! I didn't even know you were pregnant, and now you're so close to the end! I found your blog through a comment you posted on the Lugbills' blog

Anyway, you're going to love life with a little one. Try and enjoy the remainder of your time with your baby girl still in your womb. There's something really sweet about those little kicks, hiccups, etc. They might be uncomfortable, but they're such a gift!

We miss y'all and can't wait to see pictures of your baby girl!
