An Apple....?

I've given up white flour, processed foods and refined sugar in an effort to get my GI tract back in synch. Amazing how much less I go to the kitchen to snack when my only options are fruit or raw trail mix. As Michael Pollan quotes, "If you're not hungry enough to eat an apple, you're not hungry."
